Brazil Yellow Catuai natural is a coffee superior to most known Arabicas from Brazil. It is distinguished by a deep aroma, a dense body and moderate acidity, remaining in the background. The flavors are balanced, the acidity is background with pronounced sweet cocoa bitterness in the aftertaste and gentle sugars in the background flavors reminiscent of sweet grapes.
Yellow Catuaí: Yellow Catuaí is a dwarf hybrid of Mundo Novo and Caturra, which was crossbred in Brazil in 1949. Together with Red Catuai, it is a highly resistant cultivar suitable for growing in high altitudes and windy areas. Both Catuais have very refined and clean acidity.
