Colombia Caturra is a typical South American specialty coffee, with a soft and delicate taste, moderate acidity and pleasant velvety aromas and flavors. You can feel earthy tones in the taste and notes of cocoa, bitter almonds, bilberry.
This is a great daily coffee, which at first glance seems unpretentious, but when you drink a few times you will find intense aftertaste, rich body, muted, background acidity and saturated sugars hinting at berries.
The Caturra variety is a natural mutation of the wild Bourbon variety.
