Colombia Medellin excelo is a typical South American specialty coffee, harvested from the wild forests around the city of Medellin in Colombia. It is characterized by a soft and delicate taste, moderate acidity and pleasant velvety aromas and flavors. There are earth tones in the taste and hints of cocoa, bitter almond, and blackberry.
It's a superb everyday coffee that looks unassuming at first, but after a few sips, you'll find an intense aftertaste, full body, muted, background acidity and rich sugars hinting at caramel and berries.
