Colombia SCOTCH BAREL drying process washed and infused with Scotch whiskey is a very different coffee, which seems to have been created to arrogantly challenge the qualities of all other specialty coffees!
Specifically, in this coffee, the drying process has developed unique flavors of grapes, berries, rich caramel nuances and pronounced sweet citrus fruits. You can detect flavors of grapes, honey. For trained taste buds, it will not be difficult to detect flavors reminiscent of wine grape and jasmine. To top it all off, the coffee has been aged for 36 hours in a barrel of Scotch whiskey, from where it takes on background notes of malt and oak flavor.
The sensation that this coffee evokes is velvety on the tongue, extremely gentle and pleasant. The fermented flavors are spread in a very elegant way.
