The precision of grinding is achieved by "conical burr", which first grind the coffee, and then grind it exactly to the desired level. This helps to grind the coffee with less lever speed, keeping the temperature of the knives low, which is key to preserving the aroma of the coffee.
The coffee grinder is sold complete with 2 mixed, one transparent and the other brown, made of a special polymer material that is impact resistant and guarantees long life. There is also a lid in the set, which allows you to close the jar tightly after grinding the desired amount of coffee so that it does not weather, and the second jar allows you to continue using your coffee grinder.
