In the cup, Ethiopia YIRGACHEFFE NATURAL presents itself a little more delicate and complex than the coffees typically known from this region. With light to medium roasting, this coffee reveals its full potential. It retains its brightness, which, due to the natural drying process, remains in the background with a fresh floral tone and soft fruity accents reminiscent of peach and grapefruit. Star-like aromas of jasmine and lavender appear, complemented by a gentle hint of spice.
